The Story Behind Designing The Elite Lock
From the start, we recognized a critical issue that needed to be solved: locks that corroded and became not just useless, but a bigger problem when you couldn’t even remove your gear due to rust. We set out to design a watertight lock that could withstand the harshest marine environments, but our challenge was creating a one-size-fits-all solution. After extensive trial and error, and countless prototypes, we finally developed a lock that works seamlessly across a wide range of trolling motors, shallow water anchors, and plotters.
We then distributed our Elite Locks to local fishing guides and professionals who subjected them to the toughest conditions imaginable. Through their rigorous testing, the Elite Lock proved its durability and effectiveness.
